This project involved the comprehensive architectural and technical planning for a high-density, a 12-storey luxury residential tower (multi-unit development). The primary objective was to maximize spatial efficiency in a small plot area while maintaining an elegant, minimalist street presence that blends seamlessly with the steep terrain of surrounding context.
Key responsibilities included producing highly detailed construction layouts, cross-sectional elevations, and coordinating structural specifications to comply with strict local zoning laws. The front elevation integrates custom decorative feature with stone cladding finishes alongside lush architectural landscaping elements on the multi-tiered podium structure.
