- Directed tendering activities, reviewed construction documentation, and refined joinery details to enhance design aesthetics and support successful project execution.
- Facilitated collaboration among designers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination.
- Worked closely with the landlord to obtain approvals for layouts and upgraded internal façade designs before construction commencement.
- Conducted regular site inspections during construction, monitored progress, and issued progress reports to maintain schedule and quality objectives.
