Project Overview
As Project Manager, I led the mock-up room approval process and master planning for the refurbishment of over 600 guest rooms at the flagship JW Hotel in Southeast Asia. Working closely with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors, I ensured alignment with project objectives and JW brand standards during the design and pre-construction stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Led FF&E procurement, tendering activities, and the preparation and issuance of construction documentation to support project execution.
- Managed cross-functional coordination between the Hotel Management Team and internal project teams to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
- Collaborated closely with the JW Director of Interior Design to obtain approvals for guest room designs, bespoke furniture, materials, and finishes.
- Developed and managed the master project schedule and conducted regular on-site coordination meetings with JW Management Team and trade contractors.
