As Project Manager, I oversaw the delivery of the first RL Timepiece flagship store in Southeast Asia, coordinating stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to achieve a successful project outcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Led FF&E procurement, tendering activities, and construction documentation reviews to support project delivery.
- Managed cross-functional coordination between US-based architects and internal stakeholders, including Business, Sales, IT, Asset Protection, and Architecture teams.
- Engaged with the landlord to secure approvals for revised layouts and enhanced internal façade designs ahead of construction.
- Introduced fire engineering expertise to the project team, facilitating compliance requirements and supporting the approval process.
